Editing in a legit way or in a prank way?
When it comes to the Doctor, it is always legitimate. Also, I have a personal rule that I only ever edit wikis for real. Anyway, someone thought that it was a continuity error that the Vespiform from The Unicorn and the Wasp hit the professor with a pipe instead of stinging it. I had to remind them of the whole premiss of the episode (that the alien’s mind was linked to Agatha Christie’s novels), and that it therefore made complete sense.
